These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-message program of J.S. Lewis Investments LLC, doing business as Exco (“Exco”). By providing SMS consent through an Exco website form or another disclosed opt-in method, you agree to receive text messages under these terms.
Exco may send text messages about estimate requests, property-project questions, site-visit scheduling, appointment reminders, estimates, project and service updates, customer support, and occasional relevant service offers. Message frequency varies by your request, project status, and interactions with Exco.
You opt in by affirmatively selecting the optional SMS-consent checkbox on Exco’s estimate/contact form or through another opt-in method that clearly presents these terms and the applicable consent disclosures. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Exco text message. After we receive your STOP request, we will send one confirmation message and will no longer send SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Contact your wireless carrier for questions about your text or data plan.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Exco’s SMS program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Do not opt in to receive Exco text messages if you are under 18.
Exco’s collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
